Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, property location, property type and requested service. Depending on what you choose to provide, we also receive your company, telephone number, preferred date and time, frequency, approximate size, number of properties and cleaning requirements. The request receives a reference number and submission time. Please do not enter payment-card details, identification documents, keys, passwords, access codes or sensitive personal information.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond to you, prepare quotations, discuss availability and manage the request and any resulting service arrangement. Submitting a request authorises us to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or confirm a booking.
Website activity and technical information
With your optional measurement preference enabled, the site records enquiry starts and telephone or WhatsApp clicks, together with the page, selected service where available and time. These records do not contain the form contents. Campaign tags and the landing page may accompany an enquiry to help explain where it originated. Hosting and security providers may process network addresses, request information and operational logs. Our spam protection uses a hashed network identifier within a one-minute rate-limit window.
Storage, access and service providers
Website enquiries are stored using Cloudflare R2 through the ChatGPT Sites hosting service. The enquiry dashboard restricts access to the authorised site owner. Information may also be handled through the email or messaging channel you use. If automated email notifications are enabled, the delivery provider processes the enquiry notification. Service providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada under their own terms. Contact us if you need more information about providers before submitting personal details.
WhatsApp, email and external links
The WhatsApp option prepares a message that you review and send in WhatsApp; opening it does not submit the website form. WhatsApp and Facebook are external services with their own privacy policies. Email sent to our Gmail address is also handled by the email provider. Use only the information necessary to explain your request.
Retention and protection
Enquiry information is used while assessing and following up on the request and any resulting service arrangement. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured for the website enquiry store. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention of a particular record. Information needed for an ongoing arrangement, dispute or applicable obligation may need to be retained. Access restrictions and server-side validation help protect records, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion, and ask to withdraw consent to future use where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We will explain any limits that apply to your request. Turning off optional measurement does not prevent you from requesting a quotation. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change that preference.
